Store Owner Responsibility
As with any online store software, the following steps apply:
- The store owner is responsible for uploading all store data, such as product pricing, description, images, etc.
- Basic knowledge of how to work with images, how to write product descriptions, etc.
- Understanding of how to follow the Wordpress dashboard is required for our Bronze and Silver Packages.
- For our Gold package, we will instruct the client on how to use our custom dashboard.
- Store owner is responsible for setting up their online merchant account. Oncve this is done, we will do the technical steps required to tie everything into the website.
- If you plan on using a Canada Post plugin or other choices, the cost of these as charged by Canada Post is the responsibility of the store owner. Depending on the complexity of the system you choose, there may be additional time charges to incorporate the technical functions into your website.
