Our parent company, Affordable Web Design Ltd, understand that many clients simply want to rely on their web designers or developer to "take care of everything". It is however important for everyone to understand the division of responsibility for the various parts of a web project.

Alkthough we do verbally explain our services to prospective and current clients, it is important to understand that hiring Affordable Web Design Ltd implies consent to all our stated policies.

Customer Responsibilities

All designs are based on your explanation of requirements.

Please note that since all project pricing is based on the estimated time required to complete a project, our estimate of project cost is based on the requirements as you explain them to us. Any additional requirements will be addressed, however you as the customer are responsible for any additional time cost required to fulfill the additional work.

In the case where we take over an existing project to which we do not have complete access to any code or existing database, any functions not previsouly explained to us that need to be added will be subject to additional time costs.
